At Golden Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices; if a fixture isn't a perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Securely pack the fixture in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware and instructions, to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in resaleable condition.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned lighting for any damage or modifications, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
